Trained initially as a Sport and Exercise Scientist at the University of Bath, Mr Bridge has worked with elite athletes, including the British Olympic Gymnastics Team and has held various senior corporate health and wellbeing roles, including Executive Director of the Workplace Health Association of Australia.

Announcing the program addition, APP2022 Convenor Kos Sclavos AM says that Mr Bridge’s session – ‘eight keys for avoiding burnout – how to bounce forward out of Covid-19’ – “will be relatable to many of us following the past year”.

“Mr Bridge will be focusing on simple, achievable daily keys to help us unlock our true potential,” says Mr Sclavos.

“[The] session will also cover Post Traumatic Growth and explore simple and actionable ways for you and your team to not just bounce back but bounce forward out of Covid-19.

“Mr. Bridge joins over 100 motivational speakers, industry and business experts, and clinical specialists who will present at next year’s event.

“A full program outlining topics and speakers will be available very soon!”

Registration for APP (24-27 March 2022) is now open, with early bird pricing allowing delegates to save more than $100 currently on offer.

Additionally, the first 200 attendees to register as full delegates will reportedly receive a further 10% discount off the early bird rate by using the code FIRST200 when registering.

Mr Sclavos says the 100% Covid Refund Guarantee introduced for APP2021 would also continue to be on offer for the 2022 event, providing peace of mind for delegates wanting to register early and save.

“If attendees can’t travel to APP2022 due to Covid-19 restrictions and lockdowns, they will be entitled to a full refund,” says Mr Sclavos.

“The Covid Refund Guarantee, coupled with the early bird rate, provides a win-win for those who want to book early and save.”
