Campaign to launch Glucojel red packets

Following 18 months of research, which found the red Glucojel to be the most popular colour among consumers, the red jelly bean is breaking out and is now available in its own distinctive packet.

The packets of Glucojel Red 150gm are being launched this week and will be available at pharmacies across the country.

As part of the celebrations, the popular Express Yourself contest is being repeated.

The ‘Express Yourself with Glucojel Red’ asks consumers to mine the depths of their artistic talents on the virtual palette, using Glucojel jelly beans as their ‘paint’. The redder, the better!

A monthly prize of $1,000 for March, April and May will be offered for the best virtual-jellybean artwork.

The campaign is being run exclusively on the Glucojel website at www.glucojel.com.au. Once again, the grand prize is being selected in a random draw. So, no matter how strong (or weak) your artistic endeavours, you’ll still have an equal chance of taking out the $20,000.

To help promote the new range, pharmacies are being offered special marketing materials to support it.

Glucojel jelly beans are consistently among the top-10 OTC pharmacy products. The red-only packets are expected to consolidate even further its strength as a brand.
