Pharmacare acquires brand Go Natural

Pharmacare has finalised agreements to acquire the business of Go Natural, Pharmacare CEO John Donlan has announced.

He described Go Natural as “one of the leading healthy-snack brands in Australia”.

Go Natural is a family-owned business established more than 30 years ago. Its products are currently distributed across grocery, petrol and convenience stores locally, as well as exported to 12 international markets.

‘Ideal strategic fit’

Mr Donlan said: “As a prominent player in the health and wellness category, we see Go Natural as an ideal strategic fit with strong alignment to the Pharmacare business and our future direction.

“The opportunity for Pharmacare to further develop this iconic brand into a new stage of growth is an exciting proposition and one we’re very much looking forward to.”

Pharmacare says more details of the acquisition will follow soon.
