Designed to support eligible patients in managing their medications safely and accurately, the service aims to reduce missed doses and medication errors, giving peace of mind to both patients and caregivers.
Eligible patients can choose between 2 formats:
- Sachets: individually labelled, easy-tear sachets grouped by time of day.
- Blister packs: traditional bubble packs, ideal for those who prefer a clear visual layout of their weekly medications.
