Chemist Warehouse and Capital Chemist have emerged as the top-rated pharmacies in this year’s Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards, based on a poll of more than 60,000 Australians.
Most loved, top value, most recommended
Chemist Warehouse was voted the Most Loved, Top Value and Most Recommended pharmacy, winning the same three awards in the makeup retailer category.
Susannah Binsted, Head of the Finder Awards program, says Chemist Warehouse has had a particularly strong year.
“Chemist Warehouse won 6 awards this year across the pharmacy and makeup retailer categories, making it one of the top performers in the entire Finder Awards program,” she says.
“It’s the second year in a row it’s won a stack of awards in the makeup retailer category showing its dominance in the vertical.”
‘Legendary customer service’
Capital Chemist took home 3 awards for the first time, recognised for Pharmacist Support, Rewards and Offers. and Legendary Customer Service.
“A huge congratulations to Capital Chemist for taking home half the pharmacy award wins, in particular the inaugural pharmacist support award,” says Ms Binsted.
“It’s great to see a brand with such a strong community presence well represented.”
