Chemist Warehouse has added Apple Pay to its online store, giving customers another way to pay without wading through lengthy checkout forms.
The payment option launched yesterday (8 September) and is available to anyone shopping on an iPhone, iPad, or Safari on a Mac.
Chemist Warehouse says the rollout is “part of Chemist Warehouse’s continued investment in enhancing the customer experience and making the shopping journey more seamless”.
Making health and wellness more accessible
Chemist Warehouse Deputy CEO Mario Tascone says the introduction of Apple Pay is another step in making health and wellbeing products easier to access.
“Customers expect shopping to be simple, seamless and convenient, and we’re
continuing to invest in technology that helps make that experience easier and
improve accessibility to health and wellbeing products,” he says.
“The introduction of Apple Pay gives our customers another quick and familiar way to pay online, making it easier to move from browsing to checkout and get on with their day.”
