Empowering the pharmacy of the future with a new web-based platform

MedAdvisor Solutions has announced the launch of its new “MedAdvisor for Pharmacy” platform, a transformative web-based solution to replace the outgoing PlusOne software. This cutting-edge web-based solution marks a pivotal advancement in pharmacy workflow solutions, leveraging cloud technology to enhance flexibility, efficiency, and user experience for our extensive network of pharmacies.

With rollout set to commence in August 2024, MedAdvisor for Pharmacy will soon be the workflow software of choice for 95% of Australian pharmacies.

A key benefit of the web-based software is the accessibility it facilitates across multiple devices, providing pharmacists with the ability to manage operations seamlessly, whether they are on-site or working remotely. Think using a tablet to log vaccination services right from your consultation room or checking your booking calendar remotely to get ready for the next day. Adaptability will prove crucial in today’s fast-paced pharmacy environment and will ensure that pharmacists are empowered to continue delivering high-quality patient care without interruption.

The new platform will also fast-track planned enhancements to vaccination recording, a new booking calendar and a wide range of workflow automations which will ensure our network of pharmacies remain at the forefront of digital health technology. The transition will greatly improve pharmacies overall efficiency, making daily tasks simpler and more intuitive for staff. No more running to and from your dispensary, access MedAdvisor for Pharmacy when and where you need it.

MedAdvisor Solutions will continue to be the key software partner in the delivery of expanding scope of practices services across community pharmacy in Australia. The MedAdvisor for Pharmacy platform will ensure pharmacists are empowered to deliver the best in-class care for their patients while also leveraging new professional services opportunities to expand their business outside the dispensary.

To ensure minimal disruption to our pharmacy network, the launch of MedAdvisor for Pharmacy will occur over multiple stages. To keep up to date with what’s happening, we recommend regularly checking MedAdvisor for Pharmacy Updates.
