Australia’s largest medical cannabis wholesaler, Leafio, has launched a brand new loyalty hub featuring a four-tiered program of unique benefits and rewards.
Leafio Loyalty is a pharmacy-first rewards program that will be available to all registered Leafio pharmacists. The hub will house tier-exclusive discounts, offers, access to CPD accredited courses via SAGED and allows customers to track their current points and benefits with ease.
Initially launched in February, the updated loyalty program is now open to all registered Leafio pharmacists with rewards and offers available to tiered-members (Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze). It promises to offer easy access to points tracking, tier status, and FAQs, making the program transparent and user-friendly.
Leafio GM, Nic Le Maistre, said the refreshed loyalty program reflects Leafio’s commitment to providing value to its dedicated customer base.
“Leafio values and rewards its customers’ commitment to delivering high-quality medical cannabis solutions,” she said.
“In recognition of this, we have launched the Leafio Loyalty Hub to strengthen pharmacy relationships and enable access to exclusive discounts and offers.”
The loyalty hub launch comes shortly after the announcement that Leafio was extending its Same Day Delivery service to Brisbane and the Gold Coast, meaning a further 21 local pharmacy partners can now see their orders fulfilled more efficiently.

Leafio’s three distribution centres in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane already facilitate next-day deliveries for more than 99% of orders for pharmacies across Australia.
Medical cannabis has been prescribed for more than 140 conditions in Australia and Leafio currently supports more than 4,000 pharmacies with their ordering needs. Through its three distribution facilities, Leafio is now able to offer many pharmacies same and next-day delivery options, alongside dedicated local support services including state based Key Account Managers.
