PharmaCare appoints new talent

PharmaCare Laboratories has announced the appointment of industry leader Zephanie Jordan to the role of Chief R&D and Quality Officer, effective immediately.

Ms Jordan’s responsibility is to foster innovation and compliance for the Australian-owned business, working alongside CEO Glenn Cochran.

Ms Jordan brings local and international experience to the role, following a successful career in Research & Development leading regulatory compliance, product safety, quality and external affairs in multi-national consumer healthcare, food, cosmetic and chemical companies.

CEO Glenn Cochran says the company is well-positioned for future growth in both local and international markets, and Ms Jordan’s appointment supports PharmaCare’s aspirations.

“Zephanie’s deep industry knowledge and hands-on regulatory and healthcare experience in Australia, Asia, UK and US immediately singled her out for the role. I believe her success in delivering transformation programs, driving innovation and protecting corporate reputation is exactly what we need given the fast evolution of the health and wellness sector over recent years. I am delighted Zephanie has accepted the challenge to join our team,” say Mr Cochran.

Prior to Reckitt Benkiser, she was Vice President, Global Regulatory Affairs & Product Stewardship at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies in the United States.

“It was time for me to return to Australia and find a way to leverage my skills and experience and I wanted to find an Australian business that has potential to grow both locally and internationally. PharmaCare fits that brief with ambitious plans to expand its business performance, innovation, and entrepreneurship, while having the health and wellbeing of people at its core,” says Ms Jordan.  “The company’s foundational principles of ‘health, family and business’, also align closely with my own beliefs”.

Based at head office in Warriewood NSW, Ms Jordan reports directly to Mr Cochran and joins PharmaCare’s Executive Leadership Team.
