TWC expands corporate vax offering

Employers are being urged to plan for the 2023 flu season and offer their staff flu vaccinations to manage lost productivity from sick days.

To help facilitate this, TerryWhite Chemmart (TWC) continues its Corporate Health Vaccination Program in 2023, which is available to provide vaccinations to staff through an electronic voucher system.

Under the TWC Corporate Health Program, corporate partners receive coded flu vaccination vouchers to distribute to their employees.

Professionally accredited pharmacists then administer the vaccination, with the service conducted in private consultation rooms in locations nationwide.

Employers only pay for the service once the vouchers have been redeemed.

TWC’s expanded Corporate Health Program in 2023 will include COVID-19 vaccinations with the convenience of booking and an easy appointment process, available through the 500-plus network of pharmacies across regional, rural and metro Australia.

Absenteeism is costing businesses, according to TWC chief pharmacist Brenton Hart, so it’s important for businesses – including retail pharmacies – to plan wellness programs that support preventative health.

“The best way to protect yourself, your families and carers, and your staff from influenza and COVID-19, is to get vaccinated,” says Mr Hart.
