Zooss to transform promotional processes for Wesfarmers Health using Anaplan’s Connected Planning platform

Zooss has been selected as Wesfarmers Health’s implementation partner to deliver the innovative Promotions Management for Retail (PMR) project, for its retail Priceline Pharmacy business arm.

Built on the Anaplan Connected Planning platform, the PMR solution will streamline Wesfarmers Health’s promotional planning process across all stakeholders, using advanced methods to forecast promotional outcomes, providing “best offer tactic” recommendations, as well as conducting post-promotion analysis, all in one place.

The PMR project will transform complex retail promotional processes to align with best-in-class, improving data accuracy, and enabling the business to deliver more effective sales and promotions.

Dmitri Tverdomed, Project Lead at Zooss said, “The PMR Connected Planning solution will be built by our experienced team to meet the specific needs of Wesfarmers Health and will integrate into their ecosystem to bring clarity and enable better business planning.”

“The real value will be in the connectedness of cross-functional planning processes and the automated flow of high-quality data between the operational systems and solution modules, thus enabling better decision-making and setting up the Wesfarmers Health business for future success and scale.”

Steve Singer, ANZ AVP and GM for Anaplan said: “We are very excited to be partnering with Zooss to help transform PMR at Wesfarmers Health. By utilising Anaplan’s technology and Zooss’s delivery capabilities for Promotions Management, Wesfarmers Health will significantly reduce the amount of time it takes to manage the promotions process. This will enable them to spend more time analysing campaign effectiveness, improve visibility for all stakeholders, maximise ROI on promotional spend, and ultimately drive revenue and profit for the organisation.”
