My Chemist has taken top spot in the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards in the Pharmacy of the Year category, held on Tuesday night in Melbourne.
Nine highly reputable pharmacy chains in the Australian market were in the running for the award, with My Chemist upholding pole position across the board in customer satisfaction based on 12 months of data collected by Roy Morgan.
My Chemist has been in operation for 22 years with more than 500 staff, many of whom have been working with the business from day one. There are 5,000 pharmacies in the industry and My Chemist takes up just 29 of these stores.
