Less than two weeks to go to access Pharmacy Connect and PA Conference early bird discounts

Pharmacy Connect Convenor Kos Sclavos AM reminded potential attendees of this year’s Pharmacy Connect and Pharmacy Assistant conferences that early bird discounts would end on 30 June.

Pharmacy Connect and the Pharmacy Assistant National Conference (PA2024) are annual Pharmacy Guild events taking place at the Hyatt Regency Sydney on 5-7 September.

Pharmacy Connect is one of the key events during the year for pharmacists, pharmacy owners, executives, students, interns, and industry representatives, with PA2024 being the premier event for pharmacy assistants.

Mr. Sclavos said that with the deadline quickly approaching for early bird discounts, potential attendees should act quickly to ensure they don’t miss out.

“June is just flying by, but there’s still a little time left for people to save some money on Pharmacy Connect and PA2024 registrations,” said Mr. Sclavos.

“Now that the programs are out for both events, people will be able to have a good idea of everything on offer at this year’s conferences,” Mr. Sclavos said.

Mr. Sclavos said both events’ programs showed great value for attendees.

“Pharmacy Connect has some fantastic speakers and events,” said Mr. Sclavos, “the theme of this year’s event is ‘connect today, shape tomorrow’ and features a two-and-a-half-day education program including pre- conference workshops, a 70-stand trade exhibition, and must-attend social events, like the Welcome Reception and Cocktail Party.

“Attendees will also get to hear from Australian Olympian Peter Bol, fresh from the Paris Olympics, as well as financial journalist and commentator Effie Zahos.”

“PA2024 also has some amazing attractions this year, including a three-hour Refresher Training Workshop on sales techniques and product update, motivational and management-focused sessions, not to mention the announcement of The Pharmacy Guild of Australia/Maxigesic Pharmacy Assistant of the Year (PATY) Award National Winner.”

Mr. Sclavos encouraged anyone considering attending to register and book their travel soon.

“With the Early Bird discount ending on 30 June, it’s important to register now,” said Mr. Sclavos, “we wouldn’t want anyone to miss out on attending these fantastic events!”
