Guild Learning and Development is partnering with TePe Australia to present GuildEd’s first pharmacy assistant webinar, ’15 Tips for a healthy mouth’.
The webinar features Dr Michaela von Geijer DDS, one of TePe’s expert dentists, who will discuss oral disease and how to best prevent this through good oral hygiene.
Pharmacist with Guild Learning and Development, Rachel Morrison joins Dr von Geijer to discuss how to use questioning protocols when speaking with your customers about oral health.
Tooth decay and oral disease are very common and reportedly more than 80% of pharmacists and assistants are consulted for oral health advice five or more times each week.
This highlights the important role that pharmacy assistants play in supporting their customer’s health.
