PA Conference just days away!

We’re just days away from the Pharmacy Assistant National Conference (PA Conference), which takes place this week (28-29 October) at Brisbane’s Sofitel.

The PA Conference is the pharmacy industry’s opportunity to acknowledge, celebrate and reward pharmacy assistants and provides pharmacy assistants with an amazing opportunity to engage with peers and learn from the experiences of others.

The educational aspect of the conference consists of:

  • Plenary sessions – key insights into common community pharmacy issues and motivational topics;
  • The pharmacy knowledge stream – specific product information and updates; and
  • The management and operations stream – provides practical tools for the day-to-day operations of a community pharmacy and managing staff.

The trade exhibition provides a unique opportunity for delegates to connect with industry suppliers about the latest product and service innovations. It features up to 30 stands, with suppliers ranging from complementary medicines and OTC products to pain relief and blood pressure monitoring devices.

The social program, which includes a Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner, provides a chance for pharmacy assistants to network with peers and enjoy themselves!

The Conference Dinner will feature the announcement of the 2022 Pharmacy Assistant of the Year Award, enabling attendees to join in on the excitement and celebration of the national winner.

Most importantly, the PA Conference offers a unique opportunity for pharmacy assistants to put themselves first and focus on their well-being.

A suite of registration packages enables pharmacy assistants to attend the PA Conference at a time that suits their schedule. The packages on offer include full registration, day registration, and afternoons only – plus many more!

Community pharmacies that register two or more pharmacy staff will also receive a free APP2023 registration valued at more than $1000.

See you on Friday for the 2022 Pharmacy Assistant National Conference!
