2018 GuildCare Pharmacy of the Year winner

The 2018 GuildCare Pharmacy of the Year is Priceline Pharmacy Menai in southern Sydney. Runner-up is Cooleman Court Pharmacy in Canberra, with Strathdale Pharmacy at Bendigo, Victoria, taking third place.

Priceline Pharmacy Menai was recognised for maximising its efforts and revenue opportunities on professional services beyond 6CPA programs on the GuildCare NG platform.

“The GuildCare NG platform helps record data on how much is being done, and we get paid for what we do,” Priceline Pharmacy Menai owner Quinn On said. “The staff regularly get together and talk about what else they can do to maximise the use of GuildCare NG to increase their revenue.

“The staff feel that GuildCare NG is quick and easy to use and they enjoy the benefits of the cloud-based platform.”

This year, GuildLink nominated GuildCare finalists from each state and territory. Apart from the three winners mentioned, they include Barden’s Amcal Pharmacy (NT), Pharmacy 777 Langford (WA), Golden Grove Chemmart Pharmacy (SA), Gold Coast Super Clinic Pharmacy (Qld) and Chemmart Sorell (Tas).

The final judging was based on the breadth and volume of professional services conducted from May 1, 2017 to April 30, 2018, where each service was provided a value from 0.5 to two points.

Priceline Pharmacy Menai received an iPad and a GuildLink portable power bank, and all finalists received a 12-month subscription to GuildCare NG and myPharmacyLink.

GuildLink will shortly announce the judging criteria for the 2019 GuildCare Pharmacy of the Year award.
