Guild Sales & Valuations enters partnership

The Pharmacy Guild Sales & Valuations NSW has entered into a partnership with CFS Sales & Consulting to provide business broking, consulting and appraisals for pharmacists, and Pharmacy Guild members.

CFS Sales & Consulting works with clients at each stage of the buying/selling cycle and offers a range of other consulting services that include:

  • Getting pharmacies ready to sell.
  • First time buyer advice and appraisals.
  • Introduction of junior partners.
  • Partnership split.
  • Deceased estate.
  • Relocation advice.

Managing Director Richard Gorman has been working within the pharmacy industry for over 35 years, providing finance broking and business consulting services.

According to the Guild, he has an understanding of the needs driving pharmacy and is regularly sought out to attend brand conferences and guest lecture at universities to assist pharmacy students

Michael Clark has worked with Mr Gorman for over 10 years, almost exclusively within pharmacy. He has had exposure to all types of pharmacy demographics and been involved in consulting from Greenfields projects.

Together, Mr Gorman and Mr Clark started CFS Sales & Consulting, which is based in Sydney.

They entered the pharmacy sales market in 2019, a decision based on the needs of the existing clients of corporate financial services and what they have learnt from interactions with pharmacy owners and prospective purchasers.
