The program for Pharmacy Connect 2021 has been released and boasts an array of clinical, leadership and business content to support attendees to build better patient relationships and manage their pharmacy business in these challenging Covid-19 times.

Former Guild National President Kos Sclavos AM, says that attendees will experience business and education sessions from speakers including Business Mentor Peter Thurin and Deputy Chef de Mission, Tokyo Olympics and Olympic Gold Medallist Kim Brennan AM.

With the success of the Covid-Safe APP2021 on the Gold Coast in late May, Mr Sclavos invites everyone in the pharmacy industry to “join us at Pharmacy Connect, the pinnacle event in the second half of the year for pharmacy owners, managers and manufacturers”.

He adds that those who attend “will enjoy practical and leadership sessions including pathways to ownership, implementing successful professional services, e-health, using digital technology to better connect with patients and making pharmacy business operations more efficient”.

“Attendees will also be able to network with colleagues at the Covid-Safe social program, which includes the welcome reception, cocktail party and Women in Pharmacy breakfast,” says Mr Sclavos.

“Guild members are also invited to an exclusive member briefing at Pharmacy Connect to hear the latest updates from National President, Trent Twomey and New South Wales Branch President, David Heffernan.”

Mr Sclavos reassures attendees wanting to book that Pharmacy Connect offers a refund guarantee.

“If attendees can’t travel to Pharmacy Connect due to Covid-19 restrictions, they’re either able to get a full refund or transfer their registration to another delegate,” says Mr Sclavos.

“Attendees can make arrangements with the certainty that they will not be out of pocket.”
