The Goodspace helps reduce stress with chewing gum

The Goodspace Company has created a chewing gum that releases calming ingredients when chewed.

Claimed to provide temporary relief for associated symptoms within minutes, Goodspace Anxiety Aid is scientifically researched with active ingredients such as ashwagandha and passionflower, green tea, reishi mushroom, and l-tyrosine.

“What differentiates Goodspace Anxiety Aid from other over-the-counter solutions is the dosage form and the blend of water-soluble active ingredients,” says the brand.

“These ingredients dissolve when mixed with saliva as part of the chewing process, allowing them to be buccally absorbed via the cheeks and gums.

“The buccal absorption route provides direct access to the body’s systemic circulation, bypassing degradation from the gastrointestinal tract, and resulting in increased bioavailability and therapeutic benefits within minutes.”

The Goodspace adds that the chewing gum is for adults 18-plus and should be taken at the first sign of stress or mild anxiety due to internal and/or external triggers.

“It’s not designed to treat severe anxiety or anxiety disorders,” says the brand. “[For] anyone suffering from debilitating anxiety symptoms, or if symptoms persist, we recommend to always consult a health professional.”

The Goodspace Anxiety Aid is available at WHSmith airport stores and select 777Pharmacies, Go Vita, IGA, Foodland and Health Kick stores.
